This is the name that will be included in the crossword. Leave a space between each name.   eg Gordon Bennett or Peter Alan Jones. The complete name must contain a maximum of 15 letters, excluding the spaces

‘Yes’ will mean the answers to the clues for the recipient and the birthday or Christmas greeting will be already inserted in the crossword.  For any other occasion only the clue for the recipient will be inserted.   ‘No’ will mean these clues will be blank like the rest of the puzzle.
